The list of documents you need to start your evaluation:
Employed (usually w2):
- 2 years of most recent tax returns
- 4 most recent pay stubs
- 2 month worth of most recent bank statements
- ID or Driver's licence or Passport
Self Employed (1099, LLC, Corporation, ect.):
- 2 years of most recent tax returns
- 2 month worth of most recent bank statements
- ID or Driver's licence or Passport
Once you have these documents ready I will accompany you to your first consultation with a loan officer, where usually you will get an answer within 1h if no additional documents are required. If you are approved, we will start searching for the home of your dreams within your budget. However if you were not pre approved, the loan officer will come up with a step by step plan specifically for you to make you a qualified home buyer as soon as possible.
